WHAT IS WITH ALL THE MAN TEARS! LOL I have nothing against men crying, but what is up with the guys on this show? The only thing I can think of is they must be subjecting them to crazy hours with little sleep and tonnes of stress. I guess if I was living in that house with Femi I might be driven to tears more often than normal too. It seems that almost every single event these guys do, one or more of them is reduced to tears or when they are hanging with Brody they cry during a heart to heart.
First activity of the show… Brody arranged for a 250 lbs biker to show up and wrestle the guys in the ring. My favorite quote I think came from Gary, “All of a sudden this guy with no neck walks in”. The guys were so wussy except for my new two favorites.
Alex rocked in the ring like a champ and gave the biker “Mario” a run for his money.
Luke then hopped in the ring and cheekily managed to pick up the biker and throw him down to the mat. Very impressive and looked like something I would have tried.
It would suck to see either Luke or Alex go home. They seem really cool and they have developed their own friendship in the house. So much so that Lil’ Chris came up with the description “Bro-Back mountain” for the two of them. But hey, when everyone else is crazy, pairing up with the cool dude sounds like a plan to me!
Second activity… Brody took the guys camping in the woods and fishing. Femi yet again managed to give me the Heebie Jeebies. Watching him catch his first fish was cool, but them watching him gut the fish with a dull Swiss army knife was like watching a psychotic murderer on CSI hacking up a body with a butter knife.
Around the campfire the guys started telling sex stories. They were all incredibly forced stories and while they made me laugh, the part that I enjoyed the most was watching Brody snort beer out of his nose when he couldn’t contain his laughter at the guys’ stories.
Brace yourself for the Third activity! Here come the tears in the “Group therapy session”. Man those guys opened up hardcore!
As I simul-blog the show because I am watching it so late, the eliminations are about to happen. I can only hope that Femi or my new target go home. My new choice for eviction is Gary.
Gary just seems off, like Femi,kind of an odd ball. Seems like if he wasn’t on the show he might be a good guy, but I just can’t see him being Brody’s best Bro. Also I didn’t like his lack of participation in the fishing, and the cleaning up at camp. Just kinda thought he was exempt or something.
Phewww Alex & Luke just both escaped elimination. And……. Ewww Chris and Gary had horrible speeches I almost thought that Brody was sending them both home. And….. YAY! Gary is gone!
Good choice Brody! Next week work on Femi…
Okay so before your blog I had never heard of this show or had any idea what it was about. From the blog I figured it must be a gay version of The Bachelor (literal not figuritively) so I went to the website and checked it out. Seriously, you have got to be kidding me, I read the episode recaps, they have got to be running out of ideas for TV is this is what they come up with. But at least now I know the players and I can keep up with the blog.

HAHAHAHA, nope we are not kidding you! Basically it is the male version of Paris Hilton’s “My new BFF”. However your first assumption let me tell you isn’t far off the mark with some of these guys on the show.
