I finally received my invitation to join Google Voice yesterday and was sooooo excited I dropped everything I was doing and clicked on the link to join up! Only to be presented with this message…
Needless to say I was SUPER DISAPPOINTED! At the same time I was not surprised. So many of these cool innovations are blocked in Canada for way too long. Then they finally show up and they are missing special features. Hopefully this will not be the case and Google Voice will make it’s way here soon!
For all of you in America I suggest you check it out! It is an amazing product and you are lucky!

You know if you use a the free program Hotspot Shield to connect to the internet anonymously you can sign up for an account. The only downfall is that you cannot forward it to a Canadian number. You will get to check it out and play with it until they (hopefully!) bring it to Canada. It is a fantastic service!
