Got Cake?

I sure do! Wow, what a lucky week! My elderly upstairs neighbour (sweetest lady ever) yelled down to me to come to the hallway. In her hands she had a piece of cake for me. Chocolate cake with Peanut Butter icing! I have never even thought of something like that. Granted I don’t each much cake these days. It tastes very similar to a Reese Peanut Butter Cup. It also tastes like insulin shock waiting to happen. I am grateful though, and love having her as a neighbour. Today I gave her my phone number because I work from home a lot more during the day and if she has a medical emergency while her husband is at work I can possibly be there to assist. Win, Win!
