Ask Nick how excited I was when I weighed in this morning to see that I have now lost 15 lbs! All since I started using the iPod App “Lose It!” in early January. That news was exactly the push I needed to keep the momentum going!
However, weighing in this morning the app recalculated itself and has now brought my calorie limits below the 2,000 mark. I am now allowed 1,995 calories per day. Hopefully my stomach shrinks or the weather continues to get nicer because I am going to need some more exercise opportunities! That also means new exercise buddies! I am not good at planning my exercise so I need a good spur of the moment list to choose from.
I am always up for a walk (Widget too), I am planning on going out tonight after work for a nice long one.

Very cool! Good to know, and you are really close to me. However I can’t go for walks outside in the winter very well. Way to hard on my body. *Giraffe on roller-skates*

I am not much better Neil, I have many bumps and bruises from slips and falls but if I try to do the treadmill I just get bored, at least outside I actually do it and Widget gets his exercise too!

That Turtle is super cute! His shell reminds me of Bowser’s if Bowser was friendly.
