HAHAHAHA no not really! But that was a great commercial jingle back in the day.
In reality I am having an amazing new product that I found while shopping with Becca. I am a big fan of the Yves product line of veggie substitutes. Great hot dogs and burgers. Really Really good veggie ground beef in regular, Mexican, or Asian. Pretty much anything from them is good.
Today for all you East Indian cuisine lovers out there (which I totally am) I bring you Yves Veggie Chicken Vindaloo! Awesome Taste! Great source of Protein! Zero Cholesterol!
Definitely a new favorite of mine and it only takes 5 mins to cook (after you have boiling water started). I eat mine on a bed of brown rice.
For all of you meatatarians I bring you this instead…
I like the Yves products as well, but they are a little heavy on the salt. I stopped buying their veggie dogs cuz there is something like 450 mg of sodium per wiener 🙁

I’m going to try this one! It looks good and I like that it’s so easy to prepare. I bet if you washed the bag you could just throw it in during the last 5 minutes of rice prep and it would all cook in one pot.

1/2 a cup LOL, barely enough water to cover the bottom of the pot LOL
