This week due to my lack of energy, a fridge full of great groceries and a busy work week I was inspired!
I created (well I have never seen it…) the DESSERT DONAIR!
Soooo Simple to make! Soooo Delicious!
Simply take a pita shell, open the shell from one end and fold back the top.
Take peanut butter and spread liberally over the entire bottom shell.
Then take fresh strawberries and slice them into thin slices. Lay the strawberries in the shell until they cover the peanut butter.
Fold the flap back down. Roll the pita from the open end and eat!
LOL the pictures are a bit sloppy but this was the third one I made tonight! Hmmmm maybe next time I should try bananas!
Elvis would have done that, but with bananas.
Is that how y’all spell ‘dessert’ in Canada 😉

Hi Neil 🙂
Your donair looks so good, just think if you’d have had Nutella….whoa good overload.
I never think to use pitas as regular bread I always think of them like they are at Extreme pita or a wrap. Thanks for some inspiration 🙂
