Heaven is a Blue run?

In response to Greg’s question on yesterday’s post “Will I be posting anymore skiing pics?” The answer is yes… However this is the only other one I had on my camera. The one from yesterday I actually stole from Lesley’s camera.

I took this photo to merely test the lighting on the mountain. However looking at it now I realized an abnormality. Due to the fact that we are standing on the top of a mountain, and there is low cloud cover, the “Paradise” run appears to be straight up, rather than forward. So if for you Heaven is a Paradise, apparently it is a Blue run (intermediate difficulty) to make it there.

Carry that thought forward and I think that life should be a Blue run. Sometimes you chill out and get an easy Green run. Sometimes you take a wrong turn and end up on a Black Diamond. Sometimes you choose the Black Diamond on purpose! Or sometimes you just sit and eat at the chalet watching life go by.

Looking back though, isn’t life best served a little Black and Blue?
