I still can’t believe that I am writing this blog post from the Philippines! However I did indeed arrive safe and sound. Our corporate travel policy allows us to fly Business Class on international flights but even with the lay down seats on the plane the 18 hours of flight/layover time was gruelying for this 6’4″ guy! However I did find time to make this video for you to help pass the time…

Air Canada & Cathay Pacific were both wonderful to Stacy (my co-worker) and I but there are only so many movies you can watch, and so many meals you can eat! I felt like because there was nothing else to do they would feed us every hour or two. I think I am still full and I arrived 1.5 days ago. We did venture to the mall (FUTURE BLOG POST!!!) and have tried some local cusine but so far mostly fast food because we have been snacking.
The food so far has been very tasty but more notably THE PEOPLE HERE ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!! It kind of reminds me of East coast Canada hospitality. I have never seen so many smiles! They are definitely making a good impression on me so far. I am very excited to meet my training class in about 3 hours. I expect and hope they are just as warm and kind hearted as everyone else I have met so far.

Just got back from VT and saw your Blue Bootie video…you are such a trendsetter! Blue Booties now on display at Holts and H&M (cheaper version) I just passed Banana Republic and see they are spotlighted in their window display…now at Tipping Point—-Thanks for sharing your fashion sense!
