This morning I woke up with a rib out. Not ideal but I thought maybe a walk and a workout would calm it down. I chose to "Eat the frog" (do your most challenging item first in the day so you can feel great success and everything else in the day is much easier by comparison). Well... I got the 5km walk / 5,700 steps in and then did a 52 mins Chest, Triceps & Shoulder workout in all before noon.
The rib is still out, but now that my important things are done I can rest up until I can see the chiropractor or wake up tomorrow healed! #winning
