Fitness & Nutrition

This is a new and exciting page for me on EatingLifeUp. It’s initial intent is to share my current fitness & nutrition goals, programs, and experiences with you. I hope that this exposure will provide motivation and accountability to push me forward in my goals and at the same time motivate you to reach your goals as well!

Kent at work turned a few of us onto a program where by the end of a 6 week training period we should be able to do 100 consecutive push-ups.

Check out www.hundredpushups.com for the details.
Week:Week 1
Day:Day 1
# Successful:Starting again on Monday!
Thoughts:

I am using Pushup Bars to reduce stress on my wrists and until I lose more weight I am performing push-ups from the knee to keep good form and reduce the body weight my arms are working with.

Here's an excel workbook Kent made to help you along.

I am so grateful to Lee for introducing me to "Lose It!" for the iPhone or iTouch. Never has there been a tool so perfect for me to monitor weight loss, exercise, and calorie control. It has it all and is a driving force behind this page.
Check out their website to see if it is for you.
