- Friday Night
- Walked 58 city blocks, 8.4 km, for 1.5 hours burning 850 calories
- Reminded of city beauty
- Reminded of dedication and will
- Reminded of the power of solitude
- Saturday Night
- Walked downtown Jasper exploring the shops it had to offer
- Smelled coffee
- Smelled old books
- Smelled coconut tanning lotion
- Perused wines
- Ran into an old friend
- Proceeded to have dinner with a Bestie and celebrated life with amazing wines, food, and knowledge
- Sunday
- Slept in
- Watched “Midnight in Paris”
- Fell in love with the idea of the movie and reminisced over my meanderings in foreign cities
- Dreamed of what experience and intention I can bring to my upcoming trip to Hawaii
LIFE IS GOOD, LIFE CAN BE MADE GOOD!
Finally!!! That is all I have to say! I miss keeping up on your life via the web…in person would be better but I know how busy you have been.
