Hot Nude Lightning

My right shoulder blade was rock hard and in need of a massage. Since self massage can only go so far I decided to stretch it out with a yoga session. So I put on the “Hot Nude Yoga – Strength” video and by about 15 mins in my shoulder (and the rest of my body) was on fire! At about that same time the city was being pummeled by a rain storm and I could hear it pelting down and I could feel the cool breeze coming in my window. I decided that I needed to go for a walk in the rain…

The rain was ice cold and felt so good! But by the time I got outside the sky was full of lightning. At first I thought “Bah! What are the chances?” and I kept walking. Then I started to think of how lightning almost burnt down my house when I was young, and how my car was once hit by lightning while I was driving in it. Things got too close for comfort and I briskly walked back home with the hair on my arm standing up.

Update! The storm has now turned into a massive quarter sized hail storm! Glad I came in when I did. I can hear the hail bouncing off my windows and my car Hope it ends soon!
