Montreal Impact

This in my mind was a great way to spend an evening in Montreal. As a visitor it was exciting to see the olympic park up close and explore a little bit. The game was almost sold out but we had no problems showing up and buying our tickets right at the gate. That said, they only had $22 bronze level tickets on the South side uncovered. This turned out perfect because we had a filtered evening sun, a nice breeze and no rain. I liked the game but I must admit I liked watching the players more. For Jens and Andy (both from Hamburg) the game was less than stellar compared to a big European game. So avid soccer fans should keep in mind their highlight might be the $8.50 beer in the stands 🙂
