Drum-roll please… At my morning weigh in I am now sitting at 214 lbs. That is my lowest weight I can remember in my Adult history! It is also down 22 lbs since I started using the iPod application “Lose it!” in January.
You can see that my date for reaching my goal is continuously moving but is staying in the May time frame. The application moves it around based on results and things like my trip to Cuba have moved my date out slightly from it’s original target of May 3rd. I am still VERY HAPPY with the results.
PS I forgot to post the calorie counts from yesterday’s Pita Fruit Pie. I have updated the post but here they are. When cut into 6 pieces it is 67 calories per slice or 402 for the entire pie! Pretty good for something so tasty!
