What is left?

I saw this for sale sign on the North side of Edmonton, Alberta the other day…

Really makes me wonder, after you buy the land and the building ONLY… what are you missing out on? Anyone know please enlighten me. Maybe some of my real estate friends?

  Cam says you are missing the “mineral rights” which is what is hidden in the soil. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA….like who seriously knows this??!!!
