Set back err neck

As reported earlier this week I had some issues with my neck. It is feeling much better now. After 3 trips to the chiropractor the pinched nerve in my neck has eased up some. This is awesome but it did set me back in my exercise routine including the push-up program.

I did however keep up with my diet. It was hard though because without exercise to give me more calories I was very close to my calorie limits everyday and I had to be creative in my cooking and shopping. I am excited and nervous to weigh in tomorrow at work because I haven’t weighed in since last Monday now. Stay tuned for the results.

I will be starting week 3 over again for the 100 push-ups challenge tomorrow. What started out being a 6 week program is looking like about 8 now for me but I am still happy with the results.

Kent also said that everything in his excel file was just pulled directly from the 100 push-ups website so I can share what he made with you. Here is his handy sheet to help you track your way through the program if you decide to give it a try.

Best of luck! If you do try it please keep me posted with your thoughts.

YAY! That is awesome Jackie! I redid week 2 I think it was because it kicked my ass. So now if I redo week 3 we will be in sync again. Congrats on your 20 in a row!
