So besides the day I already told you about that I spent at the Centre Pompidou with Konstantine the only other thing I did in Paris was visit the Louvre. So I was very happy because that was my only with for this visit to Paris.
I had an awesome experience however I was very tired and probably not in the right mood because after seeing the Mona Lisa and the Greek and Roman sculputures I was done. So I had a great idea! I went to the information desk and asked if they could point out on a map the most offensive art the museum containted. The lady was shocked at this request until I explained further.
I was less interested in the art and more in seeing other people’s reaction to the art. I aksed if there was some overtly sexual or homosexual or satanic art. She was now very excited to help! I don’t think she had ever thought about her collection in that way before. She went through the entire museum in her head and managed to think of three different places I should check out. She didn’t disappoint!
She sent me to the sculpture of Hermaphridite, the Psyche and Cupid and the entire 18th and 19th century French sculpture section. It was so fun but watching Hermaphridite was the best! So many varried reactions from the shocked, to the curious, to the gigglers etc. I even managed to snap a few pictures of the recations because I couldn’t resist!
Basically Hermaphridite looks very much like a beautiful woman lying down. Beautiful hair, butt, and breasts. Then when you walk around to the other side you see that she was also blessed with a wang 🙂
That was my visit to the Louvre and I am now writing this post from the plane on my way to Roma!
Ciao! Love, Neil
Seriously Neil, where do you come up with this stuff. I am so blessed to have you as a friend, you always know how to make me laugh.
