April Fools!

Hehehe so ya, that last blog post “404 Page Not Found”. TOTALLY NOT REAL!

Still lots more blogs of Life & Travel to come! I am still enjoying the blogging experience and thought I would take April 1st as an opportunity to give the net a little shake. It is now 12 noon here so all pranks are suppose to be completed and called off. I hope that this was the worst one any of you will experience today. (That is if it fooled you…)

The blog is still being read all over the world (67 countries now) and I love, value and cherish every visit, every comment, and every e-mail.

Speaking of countries I thought I would ask you all for some help! As you know I will be doing a European Adventure in September and I am looking for your good hostel recommendations! I would like to book all my stays soon, so if you have a good one for the following cities please comment and let me know the name and maybe why you liked it!

Paris, Athens, Istanbul, Bucharest, Vienna, Amsterdam, & Barcelona. I didn’t include Rome, Budapest, or Munich as I already have those covered.

Your trip sounds awesome! I wanna come! lol Centric Point hostel in Barcelona. Vivi and I stayed there and I loved it. Its huge, clean, has a big bar/eating area/computer place n includes breakfast. Its right in the middle of everything, like two blocks from the metro. You can do laundry at the brother hostel Gothic Point Hostel.

For Asterdam we stayed at the Amsterdam Youth Hostel (Jordan Shelter). We loved that one too. We stayed at other two hostels that were horrible. lol THis one has good location but at first it can be tricky to find. After u do find it you see that it has good location. Great clean facilities and also with breakfast (but REAL breakfast!!!)

I’m almost 100% sure this is the place we stayed at in Amsterdam and it was great. I do remember that they had duvets they gave you on check-in with your own cover…. Becca loved this :)

I’m almost positive it was an HI hostel and I know we were close to central and within walking distance to the Red Light District so I’m pretty sure this is it.

Too long ago to remember all the details but I’m going to look back in my travel journal to double check that this is the place. Any thoughts Bec?
